You can book a virtual appointment that’s covered by insurance through my collaboration with Berry Street nutrition services. I am in-network with multiple insurance companies in states throughout the U.S. Check your coverage and book online with me through the above underlined link (or see self-pay services below).

Insurance plans accepted for dietitian visits include: BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, Curative, Claritev, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare Student Resources. Coverage varies by plan but you can check your coverage through the Berry Street link (above). Patients living in the following states can be seen for medical nutrition therapy: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Virginia.

If your insurance doesn’t cover nutrition consultations you can get started with a self-pay virtual wellness visit by booking a short discovery call. This is a free call during which I’ll answer your questions and gather some initial client information. We will also set up your first appointment. Call (847) 485-9236 and leave a message with some dates/times that work for a quick, introductory call. Self-pay wellness visits are available to clients in all U.S. states for 60 minutes at $65!

Self-pay visits are charged in advance. You will be sent a payment link via email once your appointment time is confirmed. For nutrition consultations covered by insurance through Berry Street, billing will be handled directly by your insurance company. You are required to enter credit card information into the client portal during scheduling to cover possible co-pays and no-show fees. If you do not allow 24 hours for cancellation of scheduled appointments, you will be charged a fee (fee disclosure is provided during account creation). Sign up with Berry Street now—it’s so easy!
